Welcome to Grange Primary School
We hope that the time you and your family spend with us will be happy and rewarding
Grange Primary School, established in 1880, has been serving the educational needs of children in the western suburbs of Adelaide for over 100 years. It is widely recognised as a government school, which provides a friendly, caring, secure, environment offering quality education where children develop self discipline, a strong desire to learn and be successful.
Our School is a Foundation to Year 7 School with approx. 650 students. It is a vibrant, enjoyable and positive learning community.
Staff at this school work hard to maintain and develop a parent/teacher partnership in the education of your child. We are committed not only to sharing successes but also in the joint responsibility in developing your child to his/her full potential. We are proud of the community spirit and the partnership we have with our parents/care providers to provide the best possible education for students.
Our leadership staff including the principal, deputy principal, business manager and coordinator in Students with High Intellectual Potential work collaboratively to support staff, students and parents. Our focus on Early Years' Literacy and intervention programs are key initiatives to support our students' learning.
Should you need to discuss your child's education please do not hesitate to contact the class teacher, the Principal, Mr Frank Mittiga or Ms Michaela Ford, Deputy Principal.
Let us know if you have feedback or a complaint, or if you want to give us a compliment. Feedback is valuable as it helps us shape our services to meet your needs.
