This week has been a fun and exciting week in the Reception corridor of Grange Primary School.
On Monday and Tuesday morning, we welcomed 5 classes of 2021 reception children. They had the opportunity to meet their new teachers, get to know their peers and familiarise themselves with their new classrooms.
It was lovely to see so many happy faces as friendships started to blossom over the Christmas crafts, play dough and bookmaking stations.
Starting school can be rather daunting for some, so it was wonderful that we were able to follow-through with this event given the current COVID restrictions. We thank everyone for being so accommodating to allow this to take place.The Grange Primary School staff look forward to welcoming these children week 1 next year and can’t wait to see all the amazing new and exciting things they will experience.
