Last week, Julia Abdo from Room 14 was invited to attend the launch of the brand-new Australian Space Discovery Centre. Julia, who is very interested in space exploration and the universe, spent last Wednesday morning exploring and learning at The Space Discovery Centre which can be found on Pirie Street in the city. This is what Julia had to say about her time at the centre.
“The Space Discovery Centre is a place where kids minds grow. It’s a really cool place where you can learn about space. It was a really good experience to go and meet the Prime Minister and get to talk to him on Wednesday the 31st of March. It’s a very fun place with lots of games to play and adventures to go on at the Space Discovery Centre. I think it’s a great place to visit if you’re interested in learning more about space.” Julia Abdo
