What a very big first week back it has been for our students!!
We were so happy and equally relieved that the weather held out and students were able to enjoy the day playing, cheering and running with their friends. It was outstanding to see such wonderful team spirit and respectful behaviour from them all.
Thank you to the Year 6 students who were such fantastic helpers on Thursday, with junior primary students. The teachers and support staff were grateful for your help. It was a great opportunity to show and develop leadership skills and confidence for our year 6 students.
A huge shout-out goes to Mr Ball, our amazing PE teacher. He has been working tirelessly to organise this event and once again has successfully exceeded all expectations.
Well done to all students on their efforts but a really big congratulations must go to Yarlu on being the GPS Sports Day winners for 2022!
